Ben Shoemaker MD
Dr. Shoemaker completed his undergraduate studies at Auburn University and earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of Alabama School of Medicine. He then completed his Family Practice residency at the University of Tennessee in Jackson.
Dr. Shoemaker began practicing medicine in Ashland City in 1989 with Jackson Clinic. In January 2001, he established his own private practice, now known as Shoemaker Family Medicine, where he continues to provide comprehensive, community-focused care.
Lacey Austin MSN,FNP-BC
Lacey Austin is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of experience in primary care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Tennessee State University in 2014.
Lacey has extensive experience in medical weight loss, acute illnesses, and the management of chronic conditions. She is also skilled at performing joint and trigger point injections to improve patient function and quality of life.
Megan Light MSN,FNP-C
Megan Light is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than four years of experience in primary care. She earned her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
Megan provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, with experience managing both acute and chronic conditions. She is known for her compassionate approach and commitment to holistic, collaborative care focused on optimizing patient health and well-being.
